Residential Services

Park Center recognizes the need for safe, affordable housing for people who have mental illness and substance use disorders. We understand that many people with these disorders have difficulty maintaining housing, so support services are included to meet those challenges.

Types of Housing

Park Center's Residential Services program is the largest housing program for people with mental illness and substance use disorders in the Nashville area. Three types of housing are offered:

  • Independent – permanent and affordable houses or apartments
  • Supported – supervised living in a group setting with staff on duty 24 hours a day (separate male and female houses)
  • Homeless shelter for women (Safe Haven) – transitional housing for up to eight women

Services Offered
