The Park Center Clinic was established to meet the medical intervention needs of individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The coordinated team of clinical staff and our in-house physician provide the highest quality care towards recovery. Park Center’s clinical staff coordinates the recovery strategy with the member to include family members and community support services.

Services include: Psychiatric assessment and evaluation, Therapy, Coordinated treatment planning, Case Management services, Medication monitoring, Diet and Nutrition management, 24/7 Crisis Call Support.
